Open a jar of Mean Jean's Mustard, any flavor, and a bag of pretzels and you have a great party snack.  
Add two tablespoons to a half cup of plain yogurt or sour cream for a delicious dip for fruit or veggies. 
A few tablespoons of any flavor Mean Jean's Mustard added to your deviled egg recipe will delight your family and friends.  


Use Mean Jean's Mustard for grilling any meat or fish - rub on and grill!  
Make a vinaigrette with any flavor for a tasty salad dressing.  
The possibilities are endless.

Tomato-Pesto Pasta Salad

1 lb tri-colored pasta - cooked and cooled

1/4 cup celery chopped fine
1/2 cup onion chopped fine
1 grated carrot
1 large tomato chopped fine
1 green pepper chopped fine

combine in bowl with salad dressing

1/2 cup Mean Jean's Tomato-Pesto Mustard
1/2 cup mayo
2 T olive oil
3 T vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Orange-Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

1/2 honey dew melon - medium pieces
2 cups red grapes cut in half
2 bananas - sliced & soaked in lemon juice
2 small cans mandarin orange sections drained
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 T Mean Jean's Orange-Poppy seed Mustard

Lightly toss all together

Sprinkle celery seeds on top

 

Cranberry Chicken Salad

1 Whole chicken-cooked cooled de-boned & shredded
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup roasted slivered almonds
Mix together-add dressing

Mean Jean's Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Mean Jean's Cranberry Mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Serve on bed of fresh lettuce - ENJOY!!
